Great customer service, comfy beds, nice rooms. Gave it a 3 for minor lack of cleanliness. I had a couple of yellow-stained towels, the shower walls were a bit moldy and the carpets were stained. We stayed in multiple rooms and they were both the same.

Junior suite disappointment

I stay in this hotel frequently and never have s complaint. On this occasion there was only a junior suite available. Which stated sky TV and a barista coffee machine as standard. The sky TV consisted of less channels than the usual rooms, and as for the barista machine there was s standard kettled and 2 packets of biscuits. The junior suite experience was definitely not worth the extra money. Feeling disappointed

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Let me start with the point that left a bad taste in my mouth. On pulling back the curtain to open the window, I noticed a chocolate bar wrapper behind. No big deal, right? But it did make me think about the level of cleaning the room had been given that morning. I had to put it at the back of my mind. Apart from that, the family room was big and had everything you would need. Nice tv, nice beds. Breakfast was amazing. Had a couple of Franke bean to cup machines that gave a nice cup of coffee and were extremely busy. Breakfast here is a definite big plus point. You could eat like a king and the food was lovely. Would I stay here again ... Yes. But I'd check if the rooms were really clean and didn't have wrappers around before settling in.

Excellent venue for group bookings

Such a fantastic hotel to go with a group. We have just returned from a masters hockey weekend with 5 teams staying. The hotel layout is perfect for mingling and the staff were incredible, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They accommodated breakfasts with early starts, group meals and made the whole booking process so easy despite our large numbers. I would not hesitate to suggest this venue for a group booking. Fantastic !

Hotel is a basic hotel, only stayed one night, some rooms are a very long way from the lifts. The room we had at best can be described as average the hotel could do with a make over to bring it up to date. Had a meal in the restaurant and that could only be described as bland. Further spoilt by staff moving stuff around noisily on trollies and noise coming from kitchen was off putting. I am sure there are better value for money hotels in the area.
